Stephen is the Founder of Irving Farm Coffee Company, where over 30 years, he built the business from scratch into a thriving member of the New York City beverage industry. This included 12 retail outlets across the City, from neighborhood cafes to outposts in transit hubs and airports.

Stephen also led the development of the 12,000 square foot coffee roastery in Millerton, NY, showcasing his skill in navigating zoning and planning regulations. Beyond his commercial pursuits, Stephen has been involved in multiple residential developments, leveraging his network to execute impactful real estate projects.

His strong relationships with local architects, designers, and builders reflect his proficiency in managing complex regulatory processes in both urban and rural contexts. Through his various ventures, Stephen demonstrates a commitment to both business innovation and community enrichment.
