Sadie Bograd

Graduate Associate

Sadie Bograd joined Milestone in June 2026 as a Summer Associate, supporting the development and execution of affordable housing projects across the firm's portfolio. Prior to joining Milestone, she spent a year in Mexico City working at a sustainable agriculture nonprofit through the Charles P. Howland and Cohen Public Service Postgraduate Fellowships.

Previously, she also worked at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, where she supported agency-wide operations at the Division of Strategic Operations & Analytics, and the Urban-Brookings Tax Policy Center and Yale School of Management, where she conducted research on more equitable models of property taxation. Sadie graduated summa cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Urban Studies and a Certificate in Data Science.
