1575 St. John’s Place

1575 Saint John’s Place is the result of a partnership with Calvary Community Church and Selfhelp Community Services. The project, which will be financed through public subsidy, tax credit equity, and tax-exempt bonds, will include over 200 residences for older adults. Residents will benefit from Selfhelp’s evidence-based seniors social services programming, Selfhelp Active Services for Aging Model. There will also be a new state-of-the-art space for Calvary Community Church and its associated services. The project is currently in predevelopment and is expected to close Winter 2026.
