111 Schwenk Drive

111 Schwenk Drive will redevelop a former car dealership into a mixed-use community comprising 135 affordable residences and neighborhood-serving retail. Developed by Milestone in partnership with RUPCO, the proposed six-story, 100% affordable building will expand housing opportunities for individuals and families earning between 40% and 80% of the area median income.

Designed by Marvel Architects, the project integrates sustainable building systems with spaces that support daily life. A geothermal heat pump system will provide heating and cooling, and residents will have access to a landscaped outdoor amenity court, on-site parking, and additional amenities. Ground-floor retail will complement Uptown's walkable mix of shops and services.
